Our prices are simple and transparent, with no hidden fees or unexpected conditions. Our fee is solely commission based, and is charged as a percentage of actual bookings revenue; in other words, no bookings no charge!

  • Washing and ironing of all used sheets and towels

  • Control of the property through our cleaners

  • Supply of essential consumer products

  • Minor garden maintenance limited to areas used by guests (excluding pruning of trees and hedges)

  • Cleaning of swimming pools and hot tubs (excluding mechanical maintenance and the purchase of chemical products)

  • Emergency assistance

 

Price

30% commission based on revenue from actual bookings.
